The service was friendly. There were an iron with ironing board, a living room, and a hair dryer in the room, appreciated that. The staff was polite and amazingly great, some of them especially.

Overall a pleasant stay for longer holidays. Peaceful and best possible location in a safe area next to a tower and a theater. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Nice restaurant for breakfast or lunch.

Despite a minor inconvenience at check-in, the management promptly addressed the issue, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. The soundproofing of the room was impressive, as I couldn't hear any outside noises.
Although the room was equipped with a kitchenette and laundry facilities, the cleaning service was not provided on a daily basis, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, there were a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, such as a broken shower and leaky faucet.

Great Location and Amenities This place is so conveniently located next to Explore Group, making it super easy to get around 🗺️. the room we stayed in had everything we needed - satellite TV for entertainment, climate control to keep us comfortable, and even a microwave oven for a quick meal. the private bathroom was spotless and tidy.
